Issue Description:
Upon arrival in Rotterdam, the plums showed significant quality deterioration. Suply AI device monitoring indicates that the cargo experienced temperatures between 8.3°C and 12.6°C for approximately 72 hours during Atlantic transit, far exceeding the required temperature of -1.0°C as specified in the shipping documents.
As per Section 4.2 of our insurance policy, temperature deviations beyond the agreed transport conditions are covered under our cargo insurance. Given the documented breach of temperature requirements, this incident qualifies as a covered loss.
